Westlake Village

Family-friendly town with a touch of elegance

Welcome to Westlake Village

A warm and welcoming city between Los Angeles and Ventura counties, Westlake Village is one of a kind. With a lake at the community’s center, much of the lifestyle revolves around gorgeous waterside views and a cool yet collected atmosphere. The area is a friendly but exclusive one in which many choose to raise families and retire. The vibrant architecture features lightly-shaded brick and many stunning Spanish tile roofs. Summers in Westlake Village invite the prettiest greenery and dazzling blue waters. The sprawling ranchland, rolling grasslands, and hiking trails are a beauty, and the people are what makes this place home.

People & Lifestyle

Westlake Village is home to many different walks of life, from retirees to growing families. It’s a pleasant suburban community with a welcoming feeling in which many own their homes and build their lives. The schools are highly rated, and the community is a tight-knit one. Residents often choose not to commute into the city and are happy with what’s right near them; the parks are popular, as are local events, restaurants, and stores.
